Monty has developed an incredible love for brands by working for some of the world’s best-known agencies on the most famous of accounts.

His portfolio contains work for AMP, American Express, Australian Rugby Union, Diageo (Bundy, Stoli, UDL, Johnnie Walker), Heineken, IKEA, Sanitarium, Kelloggs, Unilever, Colgate, Palmolive, British Airways, Mercedes Benz, Qantas, CommSec and Bluetongue beer.

Monty has been honoured in many of the world’s most prestigious shows (Cannes, London International, Clios, New York Festivals and AWARD Australia) and has served as a judge at local and international award shows.

In 2001 he was elected to the board of AWARD (Australian Writers and Art Directors) by his industry peers. But he’s OK now.

But by no means is Monty a creative fundamentalist.

He is driven by a desire to help his client’s brands win.

Which probably explains why, last year, both the industry’s magazines - B & T and Adnews - recognised his agency as one of four finalists in their “Agency of the Year” awards.
