David Galbally QC

David Galbally is a leading Australian QC and the second eldest son of Australia’s greatest criminal lawyer Frank Galbally. He has appeared, in fact, in more than a dozen murder trials with his father. He is well known in the media as the legal commentator on 3AW’s Neil Mitchell and as the former host of Channel Nine’s consumer affairs program Watchdog.

During his career, David has been involved a in numerous high profile trials including representing James Bazley (charged of the murder of Douglass and Isabelle Wilson and the conspiracy to murder Donald McKauy), Demiran (charged of the bombing of the Turkish consulate in South Yarra), Alistair Lynch in the AFL drug case and the Mexican banker, Carlos Cabal.
